Villa Gloria Vita

Villa Gloria Vita lies in the very beginning of the Nova Vas village where it is separated from the other houses, with a view of beautiful nature. Constructed in 2017, it is a modern villa on 135 m² together with an apartment on 50 m². The total capacity for 8 adults, and a sofa bed for two more, offers nice and relaxing vacation days. The villa consists of two floors with three bedrooms that all includes a bathroom, double beds, airconditioning, a TV, a warderobe and a desk. The apartment includes a bedroom with one double beed and a bathroom. Both the villa and the appartment have a kitchen each of their own.

The living room is furnished with modern furnitures in Istrian style, with a fireplace that makes for cozy nights at home during the colder seasons. In conjunction with the living room is the kitchen that is well equipped for all taste buds. A jacuzzi can also be found inside, with room for up to 4 people.

In the garden on 600 m² is a pool, sun loungers and a trampoline for enjoyable summer days. The outside also offer a big summer kitchen with BBQ grill.
The villa lies about 8 km from the fishing town of Novigrad where the closest beaches lies as well. 3 km from Nova Vas lies a huge water park, Istralandia.

Beaches

The closest beaches can be found 8 km from the villa in the town of Novigrad. All around the town are many delightful rock and cliff beaches. Many calm places and tourist rich bars, pools, water gymnastics and kids play can also be found here.

Maestral is a rock beach with two sea water pools edge to edge with the sea. It offers a kids pool and another with a deep of 1,5 m. Here you can also find water sports rentals and a bar. On the high season you can find animators with different kind of activities such as water gymanstics, kids play, dance and water polo.

On daytime Waikiki is a city beach with inflatable water mountains which at the evenings are enriched with live music and drinks from the beach bar.

Camping Park Umag is like the name suggets a camping area. It is also the largest camping area in all of Croatia. Here you can find many cliff beaches, water sports rental, restaurants, playgrounds, boardwalks, tennis, volleyball, etc.

City centers

The villa lies 8 km away from the fish town of Novigrad, where the closest beaches are located. Here you can find restaurants, food stores, night life, bakery, post office, banks, casino, boat rental, playgrounds, tennis, football grounds and much more. The city has a soft relaxing charm with its neat alleys, petit boutiques and green small parks.

20 km from the villa lies the bigger city Porec. This city is famous for its old church fortress and beautiful beaches. This is also where you find the closest Go-Kart track, paintball and horse riding.

Umag lies 14 km away and is famous for its international tennis ATP tournament that is being held every year in the end of July. Umag is also home to plenty of beautiful rock and cliff beaches.

Grocery shops

Only 200 m away from the villa lies the local food store “Butiga Volta”, where you can find the most neccessary stuff.

Bigger food stores are located in the town of Novigrad, 8 km away.

Boat rental & water sports

Different kind of water sports are at your disposal closeby in the city of Novigrad (8 km).

On the beach just below Hotel Maestral is a water sports center that offers rentals of different kind of aqueous vehicles such as jet skis, boats and more.

Golf

Golf in Istria can be found in Savudrija-Crveni Vrh (25 km) which is close to Umag up in the left corner of the peninsula that is Istria. Here you can gaze over the beatiful sea as well as Slovenia.

This is the first professional course with 18 holes 6360 meters long, deployed on 80 acres. Those with less sport ambitions have at their disposal a shorter course of 4690 meters.

Tennis

For the tennis enthusiast or for leisure practitioners there are many tennis courts nearby. The closest ones are in Novigrad (8 km).

Croatia Open is a famous international ATM tournament that is being held in Umag (20 km) every year in the end of July. Here the whole family can watch exciting games of highest class.
